Digital Marketing Executive

New Mills Properties and Stride are currently seeking a full-time marketing assistant to join the marketing team. The ideal candidate will create outstanding marketing content, take personal responsibility for on-the-job learning, and support the company’s growth. This is a supported employment opportunity for neurodivergent people (adults with Autism, Learning disability, and more conditions under the scope of neurodivergence).

The job description will encompass the following responsibilities, though this list is not exhaustive:

  • Create eye-catching and engaging social media content related to all areas of our business.
  • Creating content for use across a full range of channels, including video and photography, design artwork, case studies,
    social media posts, stories and copywriting.
  • Managing social media feeds by posting updates, responding to comments and messages.
  • Submitting ideas for marketing programmes designed to enhance and grow the company’s brand.
  • Updating and adding content to the company website.
  • Administrating content on property portals.
  • Produce weekly and monthly reports on the impact of social media content.
  • Maintaining and updating the business’ email databases.
  • Ensuring correct use of the company’s brand.

The ideal candidate would:

  • Have the ability to work autonomously as well as being a committed team player.
  • Be highly organised and efficient; and able to work to tight deadlines.
  • Be innovative, creative, and proactive with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Have the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Be prepared to go the extra mile to deliver excellence.

Qualification and experience:

  • Previous marketing experience and knowledge of various marketing platforms.
  • Good working knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and LinkedIn is essential.
  • Familiar with Microsoft office applications.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday. 9-5pm. Office based role
  • Immediate start is available.

Salary:

  • £25,000 gross per annum

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Grimsby: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

These roles are specifically designed as supported opportunities. The successful candidates will receive on-the-job support from a trained Job Coach, ensuring the right adjustments, structure, and communication are in place to support long-term success Experience or competence in the key areas of each role is required, with support built around the individual.
