StridingForward CIC

Opening doors. Building confidence. Creating opportunities.

Striding Forward CIC exists to create opportunities for neurodivergent adults that may not otherwise be available.

We fund specialist support, inclusive activities, wellbeing projects, social opportunities and community experiences that help people build confidence, feel connected and move forward with purpose.

Too often, people fall through the gaps. We are here to help bridge them.

Why Striding Forward CIC Exists

The right support can change everything.

It can help someone build confidence, improve their health,
develop social skills, make friends, discover new interests
or take their next step towards independence.

But many neurodivergent adults struggle to access meaningful support.

They may:

  • Not qualify for social care
  • Be unable to access employment-based funding
  • Be waiting for support
  • Need something more human, consistent and community-led

That is why Striding Forward CIC was created.

We raise funds to create opportunities that help neurodivergent adults feel seen, supported and valued.

“When the right support is in place, people can move forward.”

Raising the Profile of Neurodivergent Adults

Striding Forward CIC is not here to quietly tick boxes.

We want to raise the profile of neurodivergent adults and celebrate talent, creativity, personality and potential.

Too often, neurodivergent people are spoken about only in terms of barriers or challenges.

We want to help change that.

Through events, partnerships, social media and community projects, we want to create a platform where neurodivergent adults can be seen, heard and celebrated for who they are and what they can do.

Partner With Us

We are looking to work with businesses that want to create meaningful opportunities for neurodivergent adults.

By partnering with Striding Forward CIC, businesses can help build a more inclusive community while directly supporting neurodivergent adults to grow in confidence and connection.

Striding Forward CIC exists to help create spaces where people feel comfortable enough to turn up, supported enough to try and valued enough to keep going.

Together, we can create more opportunities for neurodivergent adults to move forward with confidence.

Partnerships could include:

  • Sponsoring activities or events
  • Funding specialist support
  • Providing venues or equipment
  • Supporting wellbeing and sporting projects
