Lewis began his journey with Stride through Independence Coaching with Terri. The focus was on building his confidence, developing his independence and supporting him to take the first steps towards his ambition of working with cars.

Through this support, Lewis was able to develop the confidence to pursue his goals, leading to a successful transition into employment at Crystal Car Care Ltd. Terri has continued to support Lewis throughout his employment, helping him settle into his role and develop his skills in the workplace.

Since starting his role, Lewis has gone from strength to strength. He is thriving in his working environment, learning new skills and taking on additional responsibilities, including contributing to the company website.

Alongside these achievements, Lewis’s confidence continues to grow, allowing his personality to shine through. His progress demonstrates the positive impact that meaningful employment and ongoing, tailored support can have on an individual’s personal and professional development.
