Marcus’ Journey with Stride and Rocco’s

Marcus came to Stride in August 2024 after being let go by his previous employer, where he had worked for several years. The unexpected change shook his confidence, and he found it difficult to secure work that suited his needs and aspirations.

Stride stepped in to support Marcus during this challenging time. With guidance, encouragement, and tailored employment support, Marcus found a new opportunity with Rocco’s. Since then, he’s gone from strength to strength. Over the past year, Marcus has regained his confidence and found a renewed sense of purpose in his work.
